References to "you", "user", or "player" refer to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places bets or wagers through tk22bet.net.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in any dispute over interpretation. All communications between tk22bet and its players — including support, bonus notifications, security alerts, and policy updates — are conducted in English.

The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, tk22bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances held across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from re-registering.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Your login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. tk22bet will never ask for your password or one-time passcode (OTP) through any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive a request for your password from any source claiming to represent tk22bet, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to our support team.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your tk22bet account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk22bet customer support immediately at [email protected]. tk22bet may suspend an account at its discretion pending a security investigation and will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from a failure to maintain adequate credential security on your part.
tk22bet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, particularly on shared or public devices.
All deposits and withdrawals on tk22bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. tk22bet does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name or from third-party sources. Deposits made from accounts belonging to a third party will be returned and may trigger an account review.
tk22bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events such as BPL and ICC T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered and to the general provisions set out in this section.
All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. As an illustrative example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳20,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
By using tk22bet, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in full compliance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

tk22bet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Players who wish to close their tk22bet account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tk22bet will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance (subject to standard verification checks) before deactivating the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposits, no wagers). Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates their account. Players will be notified by email before the inactivity fee begins to apply. Reactivation is possible at any time by simply logging in to the Platform.
tk22bet provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, downtime, or data loss at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
